Brought our Mazda CX-5 in for oil change and general service, everyone was friendly and made the process easy. Even when a repair we had asked for (a new headlight) turned out to be more than the usual service, everyone was friendly and made the process easy. Even when a repair we had asked for (a new headlight) turned out to be more than the usual fix, they notified us right away, came up with a good solution so that we would not experience problems in the future and even gave us a discount since this was an unexpected expense we had not planned on. Every time, we have visited Gladstone Mazda, we have been made to feel welcome and no matter how small our need, we have been made to feel it was important to them that we were taken care of. Mazda of Gladstone is a great dealership with great people working there. From the start I was just looking to see if I liked the new 2021 Mazda 3 Hatch AWD Turbo, but then they had the exact one that people working there. From the start I was just looking to see if I liked the new 2021 Mazda 3 Hatch AWD Turbo, but then they had the exact one that I wanted down to the color with all the features. I had the pleasure of working with Erin and Blake when I purchased my new Mazda. Erin allowed for me to go on a long test drive by myself with no time limit so I was able to fully experience what the car had to offer with no pressure. When I came back a few days later Blake made the buying process very smooth and at no point did I feel pressured in the purchasing process.
