My initial online communication was with Erin more than a month ago. She continued to follow up on my interest, in addition to informing me of any special being offered, and texting pictures of different veh month ago. It was her friendly persistence and continued follow up that encouraged me to check out Mazda of Gladstone. Once I arrived, me and my son were greeted immediately, which was a stark difference from my experience with a dealer on 122nd in Portland. Erin was still with another customer, but already arranged for Lidiya to help. Lidiya greeted us in a very friendly and welcoming manner, and she already had a Mazda cx9 waiting for us to test drive. After our test drive, my son saw another similar vehicle and inquired about it. Lidiya showed us the vehicle. When there were questions she wasn't familiar with, she immediately asked Jeff for assistance. He was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Even the finance guy (sorry I don't remember his name)was friendly and helpful. Being an African American woman, it is very unusual to be treated like a human with dignity and respect. I give huge kudos to the entire Mazda of Gladstone team. I didn't plan on spending as much money as I did, but the vehicle is beautiful, the Certified program they offer, and the overall friendly professionalism they presented was one in which encouraged my decision to purchase!
