I had very specific requirements for a new car, she two that could work. I drove the car I eventually bought and she advised me the vehicle was "hot" and wouldn't probably last the day. I saw a text she received from another buyer after I made an offer. Kat suggested the offer was solid but most likely was not quite enough, Kat was correct and I made my "final" offer, SUCCESS !! Kat was engaging and asked about me and what made me tick, she cared about selling me but was more interested in my satisfaction. I had not bought a car in the last 10 years and felt I could be "taken", but Kat had the information I needed to feel confident in my decision. I liked her at once and knew she had my satisfaction in mind, she also knew she the car for me( very specific specs) so I didn't pay sticker and felt good about my decision. Kat and I are similar as we both sell for a living, I will have lunch with her as she has become a friend. By the way, I bought a 2 year old car with my demanding specs and saved $8000-$9000 ove a new vehicle, eve my wife thinks I did well. KAT was and is great !! Rick B More

I've spent hours arguing with salespeopl Having bought about eight (mostly new) cars from dealerships over the years, I dread having to buy a new car. I've spent hours arguing with salespeople, been offended by some of the ridiculous deals they offered, gotten up and walked out of a few dealerships, among other frustrations. I had no such experiences with Lynn. She was pleasant and seemed to genuinely care about getting me the car I wanted. For example, she spent more time than any other dealer showing me the features of the car, she helped pair my phone to it, and she followed up after the purchase (several times, actually) to see how I was getting along with the car, including how good of mpg I was getting - one of my primary reasons for choosing a Mazda. This was clearly not a "just make a sale" deal for her. I would, and am actually planning to, return to this dealership for my next car, especially if Lynn is still there. It was great to have a pleasant buying experience for a change, instead of the dreadful one that seems to be the industry standard. More
