When we got to the dealership, we were immediately helped by Alex and could not be happier! He showed us the difference of the three different Mazda CX-5 models and took us on a test drive and we were sold. They worked with me to beat other dealership quotes like Herzog Meier and Royal Moore. I live in Beaverton and didn't want to drive all the way to Clackamas. Manny offered to do the whole purchase remotely via text, emails and phone calls in order to compete for my business. They even waived the delivery fee and drove the car directly to me, and did all the contract signing at my house. I am very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Gladstone, being they are a dealership that focuses on strong customer service. More
