I also appreciated the time from the sales manager when we were discussing financing and price - he was upfront through the process and while firm, he knew the line to not push too hard which made for a comfortable experience. Great Experience! I went through the Costco Auto Program to lease my new vehicle. Within minutes of signing up on the Costco Auto site, Manny Vargas was in touch with I went through the Costco Auto Program to lease my new vehicle. Within minutes of signing up on the Costco Auto site, Manny Vargas was in touch with me to set up an appointment for a test drive. He kept in touch with me until the day of my appointment, making sure I knew how to get to the dealership and that any questions I had about the test drive were addressed. Upon arriving at Mazda of Gladstone, I was met in the parking lot by a staff member who immediately took me to Lynn Sanchez to start my test drives. Lynn was amazing; she was very informative/knowledgeable concerning the different vehicles I test drove, and was very attentive, never once checking for text messages from other clients, nor taking calls - she had said this time was completely blocked out for me, and that was 100% true. She was always ready for me to try another vehicle to make sure I had the chance to check every vehicle I wanted to try and to make sure I found the “perfect” car for me… no matter how long that process took. When I had finally decided on which vehicle I wanted, the manager David Walton was wonderful to work with. He worked very hard to give me the best offer for the vehicle I wanted and kept working on different options for financing until the we were all satisfied. During this time, he answered numerous questions, all of the time smiling and never making me feel I was wasting his time. Did I mention he has a lot of patience? And finally, Chris Coates was the Mazda of Gladstone Finance Department staff member who worked with me when we got to the signing point in the process. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful, explaining each document I needed to sign and answering all of my many questions about the financing and additional products/packages being offered. He did a wonderful job of explaining those additional products/packages, with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Very refreshing experience! With the dedicated, knowledgeable, helpful staff at Gladstone Mazda, my vehicle lease experience couldn’t have been easier. I would definitely lease another vehicle from Gladstone Mazda and would also recommend them to friends and family. More

I never expected the deal to go through so fast. She worked for me and made sure I was happy and truly "loved the car." No pressure, easy, friendly, and honest I bought a used Nissan Frontier from Alex at this same dealership close to 2 years ago, and Alex had just started working there. He was so nice, polite, friendly, and up front that I told him he'd never make it selling cars - I'd never had someone be so honest about the industry. Here we are 2 years later and I have just upgraded to a brand new Mazda 3 - Alex has held on to his integrity, honesty, and excellent customer service, and made the experience of buying a new car much less stressful. Integrity is not always easy to come by in someone, and it was great to see that Alex hasn't lost it. Chad Potter, the sales manager, and Nate Patton, the finance manager, were also very helpful, courteous, and professional, making the entire process seamless, and I was glad to leave the lot in a brand new car. There wasn't any haggling, arm twisting, etc. - just very up front. I will absolutely continue to be a return customer! More
