I was also somewhat nervous because of not really kn Having already decided to buy a new 2017 CX-3 GT, I arrived at Mazda of Gladstone feeling happy. I was also somewhat nervous because of not really knowing what to expect. My assumption was that I would be overwhelmed by high pressure sales staff and that it would take many exasperating hours before I could drive home in my new car. Wow was I surprised! Lynn Sanchez met with me shortly after I arrived and put me right at ease. She listened as I described the vehicle I wanted and was then able to show me one that closely matched. Lynn took me out on a non-rushed comprehensive test drive over a well planned route. She explained the functionality of features and options so that I understood. After the drive I told her I would drive it home if my terms could be met and that's when I was introduced to Dave Walton. Dave told me that the dealership is committed to transparency and he then proved it to me by working to earn my business. All my questions were answered and he explained things, patiently at times, until I understood. I found him to be an engaging professional with keen industry knowledge and an agreeable sense of humor. Mazda's killer offer of 0.9% interest was not to be missed and it was John Hale who arranged the necessary details, explained various programs and completed the final paperwork. John made the process painless, is a good conversationalist and added to my enjoyment. The best thing Mazda of Gladstone has going for it is it's people and Lynn Sanchez is the star. I could easily have taken my business to another dealer and would have done so if not for Lynn. Even if I didn't buy the car it would still have been worth the trip just to meet and work with Lynn! Vancouver dealership gave e the lowest price, but when I arrived at the dealership, I found they failed to include the extras they added to the vehicle, adding $9,000 to $10,000 to the price. I went to Gladstone, extremely apprehensive after my Vancouver experience. I was so pleased to find that Gladstone, and Lynn Sanchez, had given me a real price for the vehicle. Not long after that, I drove off the lot with my awesome Miata. More
