Mazda of Gladstone, truely worth the drive I live in Southern Oregon and had been looking for a new vehicle for a while, comparing several different makes and models, not finding anything that I live in Southern Oregon and had been looking for a new vehicle for a while, comparing several different makes and models, not finding anything that I really loved or a price that I wanted to pay. I was contacted through email by Ted Rippee. He was able to find the exact car that I was interested in on his lot. Through back and forth email, and no pressure what so ever, Ted was able to get the car that I wanted for the price that I wanted, getting more for my trade in, even without seeing it in person, than anyone else had offered me. He made it worth the 4 hour drive to Gladstone. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Lynn , who already knew my name and had the papers all ready to sign. She was so friendly and personable and a great teacher. She spent a lot of time answering every question and showing me how to use every bell and whistle on my new car. I honestly expected to leave there confused and unable to figure out how things worked, but that was not the case. She made sure I understood everything. She actually seemed excited too! Jonathan, in financing was amazing also. Again, no pressure, and patiently explained everything until I was sure I knew what I was getting and what I was signing. I liked the car I had before, but if it is possible to love a car, I love my Mazda CX 5 and the folks at Mazda of Gladstone made it fun. I would make the drive again. More

Great experience! I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle and Mazda of Gladstone was my first stop. I wanted to test drive a Mazda CX-5 and then test drive a few I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle and Mazda of Gladstone was my first stop. I wanted to test drive a Mazda CX-5 and then test drive a few other vehicles in the same class to determine which one would fit my specifications. Manny Vargas was able to facilitate a test drive of a Mazda and Toyota in the same night! That definitely helped me eliminate the Toyota from my list of vehicles. I then tested a few vehicles at other dealerships but returned to Mazda because it was the right vehicle for me. I appreciated not feeling pressured to ,make a decision that first night. I also appreciated that all of my questions regarding the vehicle and the leasing program were answered thoroughly! Great Experience I first started looking at new cars last summer, and I was impressed when the dealership offered to bring a car to my house for a test drive (since I I first started looking at new cars last summer, and I was impressed when the dealership offered to bring a car to my house for a test drive (since I am a full-time caregiver). I didn't purchase at that time, but when my car was recently totaled, I went back to Mazda of Gladstone and Manny Vargas because of my previous contact. I mean, who brings a car to your house? The experience was professional, pleasant and pain-free all the way along. All of the personnel at the dealership were great to deal with and didn't put on too much pressure. Super easy car buying experience I was wanting the Mazda CX 3. To be honest, we just decided to stop into the closest Mazda dealership, which happened to be Gladstone Mazda.
