Will give a recap of our experiences as this is our second vehicle purchased through them … one a regular sale EXTREMELY happy with Gladstone Mazda! Will give a recap of our experiences as this is our second vehicle purchased through them … one a regular sale and the second a Lease (option to buy). We love this dealership more and more with each dealings we have. First off, I have to say, they run a very professional and top quality shop while maintaining a fun, energetic, & loving operation. Second off, we have noticed that everyone we have dealt with seems to have the ability to cross-over to another position when needed. You do not hear “not my job” in this dealership. So to point out our personal favorites it is easy … Manny our salesman. Manny is truly one-in-a-million! He is so incredible honest, knowledgeable (just test him), sweet, funny and someone we would love to call our friend forever (I really mean that). I swear he cares as much about his customers as he does his paycheck. THEN … there is Jenny!! Not sure of her title, but she works in the service/customer department (so invested in customer service) and I swear is an Angel from above; so incredible thoughtful, honest, helpful, and had it not been for her, we would have not even considered we had options in which Gladstone Mazda would help us out even before we settled with the insurance (our 1st car was involved in an accident) . We needed to move from our 1st purchase (CX-3) into a new vehicle within our budget and to make things more complicated, we decided we actually needed a larger vehicle (CX-5). Because we purchased our first car with them with the idea of keeping it forever (we are late 50’s) we obviously went from completely devastated after the accident to ultimately and completely elated with Jenny and Manny’s help moving us into a CX-5. I would also like to give a great big kudos to David in Financing. He was so helpful in letting us know what we really did and didn’t need to save us money and gave us some very valuable tips. The entire staff was excellent to work with and really added to such a great experience (I forget all the names and I’m so sorry as they all played a valuable part). How often can you say you had a great time buying a car … Well, we had such a good time with so many laughs. Most importantly, we have the perfect car, within our budget and know first hand that we bought from a dealer that will take care of us in the future if need be!! Sandy & Wally More

He spent lots of time showing me how to use the car's panel to find the music, navigation, and change settings/preferences. He also made sure my phone was paired with the Bluetooth before I left. He took great care to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed purchase. The team at Mazda of Gladstone is a finely oiled machine. Rescued me from complete distress! Yesterday I was sitting at my auto mechanic's lounge listening to the story of how my car had met its demise: It was dead. While waiting for the fina Yesterday I was sitting at my auto mechanic's lounge listening to the story of how my car had met its demise: It was dead. While waiting for the final bill I went to my USAA auto club and looked up pricing for a new Mazda. I had planned to buy in the next 6 months but now it was essential I buy before the weekend was out as my livelihood depends on a reliable car. Manny reached out to me first and I told him I would be there within the hour. When I arrived Manny greeted me warmly and introduced me to Lynn who took me by the hand, gave me a hug and said it would be ok. Not only did she make everything feel ok, she made me feel like I was the most important customer in the world, every concern I had was put to rest and I was amazed how much I really loved the drive of a Mazda. Before I could make a decision I asked to bring my fiancé with me the next day - which I was welcomed and I was even asked to bring my dog with us! A full 24 hours later and as you can see below by the picture - we're all smiles and proud owners of exactly what I fell in love with during the day with Lynn and today what Manny finished selling to my fiancé John. Great job guys - you have my loyalty as well as my dog, Valentino who is now an unofficial mascot for Gladstone Mazda! Thank you for rescuing me and turning my distress into a blessed day! More

I was in a less than advantageous position when buying this time my credit was a little tarnished. Mazda of Gladstone treated me with the upmost respect the entire time and did not think any less of me just continued to make a deal happen. Savannah and Carmen put me right into the car I wanted and we're very knowledgeable about the features and Savannah even personally delivered my vehicle which was amazing. After the deal hadone been made the dealership came back with a new contract because they had gotten me an even lower APR. That should speak volumes about this dealership after a deal was already made they continued to see my best interest served above their own. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
