Kind, non-pushy, and informative staff I had a very easy and non-stressful buying experience. The evening I arrived to test drive a vehicle I had spotted on the internet, was cold and icy. I had a very easy and non-stressful buying experience. The evening I arrived to test drive a vehicle I had spotted on the internet, was cold and icy. When I arrived my car was parked right by the front entrance with the heater going. It was a nice comfortable test drive. I was informed about the extras and there was no pressure. Conversation was lighthearted with no ridiculous pressure or annoying sales pitches. Although I didn't plan on purchasing that night, I did buy the car! The great part was that it was already detailed and ready to go. Some dealerships wait until the car is purchased which means more waiting around. It's been about a month now and I'm so happy with my purchase. Good Job Mazda of Gladstone! If I had to come up with one thing to improve on it would be to provide a full tank of gas for the ride home. I didn't think to ask at the time but when I left I had only enough gas to get home and make it to work the next morning. More
