Ordered a MX-5 RF in late March and got it first of April. Everything she and her team promised was delivered on time, no surprises. Dealt with several other dealers around Portland but Gladstone was the only one that quickly agreed on a fair price with no b.s. and made it happen. Expecting the same on service. More

Savannah Thomason was great The car--a 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman--was what I had been looking for for about 2 mos., and this one caught my eye from 99e. We drove in to look. The car--a 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman--was what I had been looking for for about 2 mos., and this one caught my eye from 99e. We drove in to look. At first I thought the price was a bit high, and it had no sunroof, a must have, but Savannah convinced me to take it for a drive. It was very clean, lovely to drive, and the color I wanted. She also said an after-market sunroof would not be too expensive, so I went in, and eventually bought it. Another employee quickly took over, and he was very nice, but I must say she was the one that convinced me to buy. The only part of the experience that was somewhat negative was how the manager treated her; sending her for coffee for my husband when he complained about what was available at the dealership. It seemed more than a bit sexist the way he did it, and I don't like to see women treated that way. More

Carmen facilitated a very casual and enjoyable car buying experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about the cars. Everyone we encountered was awesome. It was a no pressure car buying experience, and going through Costco made it so that we did not have to haggle for a price. And the whole process was pretty quick! I highly recommend shopping at the dealership. More

Lynn stood out as she not only listened to exactly what I was looking for in a car, but was willing to put together rough numbers on both my trade-in and the new car before I went in (other dealerships only wanted me to come sit with their sales folks without giving any indication whether a deal was even feasible). When I arrived, I worked with Savannah, who was very personable, knowledgeable and understanding of want I was trying to achieve.
