Great cars. Good people. One small complaint. First of all, I couldn't be happier with my 2014 Mazda 3 Grand Touring. It's a great car and I'll be driving it for many years to come. However, the First of all, I couldn't be happier with my 2014 Mazda 3 Grand Touring. It's a great car and I'll be driving it for many years to come. However, the service department at Gladstone Mazda is, in my opinion, a little stingy. When I brought my vehicle in for routine service, the technician who worked on my car noted that the air filter was dirty. This begs the question: why wasn't a new one installed? Another thing.....my service agreement expires this year.....I think in July. I reckon I'll only have 40,000 miles on my car by then. I asked if I could get new spark plugs put in before the agreement expires and I was told that spark plugs are only replaced at 75,000 miles. Do you see what I'm getting at? I did pay for a four-year service agreement. I did actually paid for all of that, didn't I? Don't get me wrong, I couldn't be happier with the way the people at Gladstone Mazda have treated me over the years. They're good folk, to be sure. I just wish they'd cut me a little more slack. More

The other area dealers seemed lik After visiting 3 other dealers in the Portland/Beaverton/Hillsboro area we found Mazda of Gladstone to be the best. The other area dealers seemed like they would say anything trying to sell me what was on the lot. One of them didn't seem interested in talking to me when they found out I wasn't buying that day and kind of blew me off. So we thought it was worth the drive down to Gladstone. Mazda of Gladstone felt different from the beginning. We found them to be customer service focused and easy to talk to. We liked that they were willing to engage with us and discuss price without the drama of high pressure sales. We appreciated Megan because she gave us accurate information about the options on various trims rather than spouting off misinformation. She was helpful even after we made the purchase and took the time to walk us through all of the options on the car (and there are many on this model). Thanks to her and others at the dealership the entire process was fairly pleasant and well worth the drive down from Portland to Gladstone. We look forward to buying our next Mazda from these folks.
