Amazing experience with Carmen with above and beyond service We had been visiting dealerships over the past two weeks shopping for a new car and we decided to check out Gladstone Mazda because of Carmen's respon We had been visiting dealerships over the past two weeks shopping for a new car and we decided to check out Gladstone Mazda because of Carmen's responsiveness to our emails regarding a quote for the vehicle we wanted. She was not only responsive, but transparent in how she was arriving at the final quote - all through email. We came in the next day and Carmen was amazing throughout the entire process. She let both of us do the entire test drive route (which was a great route with mixed driving environments) and we got a real good feel for the car. Throughout the drive Carmen explained to us in detail all of the safety features and all of the questions we had for her. She was by far the most knowledgeable salesperson we had met during our search. Once back at the dealership we had a very easy price negotiation and Carmen was again extremely helpful in walking us through the process. However, what really made the visit was after the price and the deal was agreed to. We had a rental vehicle that we really wanted to return so that my wife and I could drive home together in our new vehicle, but the rental shop was going to close soon. Carmen offered to follow us to the rental drop-off while our new car was being cleaned up so that we could return the vehicle and drive us back to the dealership - going way beyond our expectations and really making the day so much more enjoyable! Once back at the dealership Carmen informed us that the trunk had a scratch on it and that if we were willing to wait 30 more minutes that they would take care of it for us. We had no problem waiting since we were grateful that they caught it before we saw it during our final walk around. Overall I would easily buy a vehicle again from Carmen - she was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. It made what is typically a stressful experience enjoyable. In the end Carmen made all the difference in us deciding to purchase at Gladstone. More
