mazda cx-9 Lynn Sanchez is as good at customer service as it gets. This is the second SUV I've purchased from her and if it wasn't for her their wouldn't have b Lynn Sanchez is as good at customer service as it gets. This is the second SUV I've purchased from her and if it wasn't for her their wouldn't have been a second one. It seems the Gen Manager likes the old time grind it out negotiation and I had to walk away after 1.5 hours of such treatment. Lynn called me in about an hour asking if I'd still close the deal at my numbers, and she did it. If it wasn't for the grind it out negotiation of the GM (literally going back and forth with him for over an hour $5 at a time) I'd rate this a 5 star review. Also, Dave Mendenhall is the greates to close up the financial side. He's open, transparent and works with you on the lease and financing terms. He's been there a long time and it shows. More

I’m writing this with absolute & total happiness. I’ve bought many, many, cars in my lifetime and have NEVER had a car buying experience so pleasant. Everyone that I dealt with were outstanding. From Austin Maratas the salesman who worked with me for two weeks before sitting down with me to work up the #’s. Never got pushy and is the opposite of a stereotypical car salesman. He was honest, respectful and really listened. Vince, the assistant manager, (fellow Vet.), and the final deal maker was outstanding. He was personable, outgoing, and listened as well. Technically, my deal was done where we we both happy in under 30 min. Yes, with paperwork before and after it took a while but the actual deal came quickly. Raeanne Barker, is a xxxx of a woman. Funny, straight forward and also a listener to my likes, wants, needs. Never far away to see that I was happy. Jonathan Hale, making the #’s work all the way around, worked to make it happen! (Just don’t click your pen at him ....lol). And last because he is the last one with all the paperwork, Finance Mgr. Dave Mendenhall, (he’s a fun to talk with & definitely knows his stuff). This TEAM of people were just fantastic from the start to the sort of finish, they will be seeing me now and again because I’ll have my service done there. Not because it’s close, as they are not close to me, but because I’m happy there and they have EARNED my loyalty.
