We took 4 test drives over the course of a few days with Raeanne and Lynn. Ultimately left with the exact vehicle we wanted, at a price that allowed us to feel excellent about the decision. The discussion about price with Raeanne and Jonathan (Sales Manager) was transparent and respectful in both directions and never felt uncomfortable—plenty of time given for thinking and evaluating. Hire more managers so your sales folks don't have to spend their whole day hanging out with us while we wait for paperwork! More

4th of July Mazda3 I decided to go out on the 4th of July to trade in my 2012 Mazda 6 for something newer. I first went to another Mazda dealership and they didn’t seem I decided to go out on the 4th of July to trade in my 2012 Mazda 6 for something newer. I first went to another Mazda dealership and they didn’t seem to listen to what I wanted in a car - and tried to put me in an SUV. I drive a LOT for work so this was not a feasible option for me. I called Erin Perez to cancel my appointment (scheduled for the 5th) as I did not think any Mazda dealership would be better. Erin listened to my bad experience at the other dealership, promised not to waste my time and to show me the car I wanted: a Mazda3. Erin is AMAZING! She showed me the perfect car, was patient when I told her that I only wanted a few specific features but not others, and lived up to her promise to not waste my time. It was a no-pressure, easy purchase from start to finish. I arrived at 11:00 AM and left with my 2019 Mazda3 by 1:20 PM. I will only go to this dealership from now on. Erin is the embodiment of 5-star customer service! More

New 30th Anniversary MX5 They kept me up to date as much as possible on the progress of my car. Information was hard to come by as I ordered it on line through Mazda/USA , and Mazda kept info about the 30th Anniversary MX5 secret. For the six month wait for the car they were in constant contact and answered as many questions as was possible. They made my buying experience hassle and stress free. This is the second Miata I have bought from Gladstone Mazda in 3 1/2 years! I upgraded from a 2016 Grand Touring model to the 30th Anniversary MX5 Edition.
