This is the first dealership I've been to who: - Did not try to sell me the B.S. of how important the unimportant dealer-addons were to my car - Str This is the first dealership I've been to who: - Did not try to sell me the B.S. of how important the unimportant dealer-addons were to my car - Straight to the point with every query - Very friendly, helpful and provide every necessary information over the phone or messages. I was initially very disappointed when I found that some miscommunication had crept in when I inquired about a Mazda Premium package while I was quoted for a Mazda Preferred package for an AWD Mazda3 instead of FWD. However, we were able to hash that out during our onsite, in-person conversations. Erin was very friendly and was to-the-point about every conversation. Cons: I was told that my registration fee, title fee and the documentation service fees were covered within the negotiated amount, but I later realized that they were not (~$500). It was my fault that I did not read the final receipt before signing it as I was too excited about the car! More
