Fantastic and comfortable I was looking for a Mazda CX 5 Grand Touring Reserve but I had some budget constraints. I had very adverse experiences in the other dealers. But, in t I was looking for a Mazda CX 5 Grand Touring Reserve but I had some budget constraints. I had very adverse experiences in the other dealers. But, in the Gladstone Dealer, I felt very comfortable from the moment I entered the showroom. My contact person was Austin Maratas. He made sure I was attended properly. I and my wife, we already knew which car and trim we wanted. We were just looking for the right price according to our budget. All the representatives who were working with us (Austin, Jacob, Jake and Matt) they were trying hard to match our expectation with the right price. It felt like they want us to buy their car. And they actually found the right car with the right features at our expected price. All the other dealers where we went we felt like they did not want to sell the car. But, Mazda of Gladstone made it sure that we get our car and get back home happy. We are excited to start our new journey with our first Mazda. We liked the CX 5 very much while test driving and wanted it to be our next car. We are very happy that Gladstone dealer made our dream come true. More
