Unskilled Mechanics. Not Customer Oriented. I have a older 99' model Mazda, and I brought it to the "Mazda" dealership in good faith that my issue would be corrected. All I've experienced is purchasing numerous parts that have not corrected the issue. And a General Manager " Christopher Kosa" who seemed not to care very much about my concerns or business. I am very dissatisfied with the service here. The dealership has had my vehicle for over a week, I've replaced 4-5 parts and still the same issue. Mr.Kosa even suggested that I take my business elsewhere which as a salesman you should never turn away customers, atleast I would think. I've requested a courtesy vehicle for almost a week and then only reply I get is that we don't have one available. I spoke with the parts manager (Jeremy) and all he advised was that he was not paying for a vehicle over the weekend. Meanwhile I'm a full-time graduate student, and I work a full-time job. Oil change + Tire Rotation Service was great, friendly and quick. No issues. Break room has WiFi so i can get emails done for work too. 1st Visit Leased a Mazada3 for my daughter from here on Memorial Day. This was my first visit to the service department since the deal. Had to purchase new ti Leased a Mazada3 for my daughter from here on Memorial Day. This was my first visit to the service department since the deal. Had to purchase new tire because of a blow-out. Jeremy set the appointment and Will assisted me. Both were VERY professional and accommodating. Will went out of his way to get me a rental vehicle while I waited for the tire to arrived. Called me when finished and updated me on my next visit. Great Job! More
