Both Dale and Nathan were very nice and did the best with what the situation they have to work work but the overall setup and efficiency of the Mazda Service Department is deplorable even with the extenuating circumstances. At no point should 2 technician EVER be pull from their jobs to have to run up and down the road the pick up and deliver vehicle much less should customers have to wait on that kind if circus either especially if all a customer is there for is to have a key made. It is EXTREMEMLY frustrating for customers to feels as though there vehicle should be about complete only to find out the part hasn't even been picked up and yet there are 4 salesman standing around literally holding there hands. Either the service writers and waiting area needs to be moved to the shop area or hire a older gentlemen to be a driver of a "service" car to drive a tech or customer back & forth have him come in 10-4. Have the serv techs to use the service car first thin I'm the morning to come get all the cars to get the day started. It's a small cost for a much greater good!!! More
Needed service for a check engine light. The analysis determined the brake booster was xxxxxxx vacuum and needed to be replaced - the vehicle is still in full warranty. The part had to be ordered from Atlanta, so they gave me my vehicle back until the part arrived. Over the course of the next day or so, driving the car became somewhat hazardous as the booster continued to degrade and braking became more challenging - especially at lower speeds. Had I known how dangerous it would become to drive the vehicle, I wouldn't have driven it. More surprisingly, the dealership should have recognized this and put me in a loaner vehicle until the part did arrive and they could fix the issue, instead of allowing the safety of myself and my passengers to go at risk. The part took longer to arrive than originally expected due in part to the ice storm that disabled Atlanta. When it finally did arrive and was replaced, I was driving home and the Powertrain Malfunction light came on as a result of the mechanic bumping the brake switch while replacing the booster, thus, requiring me to spend even more time in the service area waiting for my vehicle. Not a smooth service occassion. I was disappointed. More

It's a pleasure having my car serviced at your Dealership at Quality Imports. Nathan Wing is simply outstanding in his position. When our car went into the service area, the maintenance speciali Dealership at Quality Imports. Nathan Wing is simply outstanding in his position. When our car went into the service area, the maintenance specialist did a Full Circle Service Inspection and found some discrepancies that needed attention that might have caused us some problems later. Our Vehicle needed a new Battery because ours was not charging correctly and would have caused problems in the near future. They also found an engine filter that needed changed. I have my tires rotated every 5000 thousands miles and they make sure all my fluids are at the levels there suppose to be. Since they removed the Battery, our Blue Tooth needed to be activated again. The Maintenance man brought our vehicle back and my wife asked him about the Blue Tooth. I do Believe the maintanence Specialist name is Phillip Johnson and he reset our Blue Tooth with no problem. That is First Class Service. Nathan Wing explained about the Maintenance that was required and we discussed everything at Length and I gave the approval. The Best Maintenance Facility in Northwest Florida. I have been dealing with Mazda since 1999 and it is a pleasure to visit your facility. Thanks for taking care of my car needs. The process of checking issues with vehicles is extremely expensive and is almost not worth it. To get multiple problems looked at it requires a different diagnostic each time which is understandable but not expensive and is almost not worth it. Very friendly service, but discovered light scratches in windshield while car was getting detailed. We were told could be buffed out, but service dept could not buff them out and the windshield repair will windshield while car was getting detailed. Salesman marked down internet price but more than got the money back on the low trade in value I got. Which I agreed to, so I guess I can't complain there. Overall I got an OK deal, just not sure if I got a great deal. More
We have been customers of Quality Imports since 1979. They have serviced our six vehicles since then and we always have had good, friendly service.
