Called from Gulf Breeze to verify a particular vehicle was in stock on the premises. Two people we spoke with confirmed it. We scheduled an appointment for an hour later, verified by text from the salesma was in stock on the premises. Two people we spoke with confirmed it. We scheduled an appointment for an hour later, verified by text from the salesman and confirmed. We left right away to see the vehicle. The salesman sent us four texts on our drive over asking questions and confirming we were coming. Upon arrival the salesman greeted us and then told us they had none in stock on the premises to see or test drive. Obviously we were very unhappy we wasted an hour and a half driving over and back for the “bait and switch”.We left immediately. The whole purpose of the call in advance was to confirm they had the vehicle we wanted to see with the interior color. The salesman even confirmed by text on the way what we were coming to see. The sales manager texted later asking that I call him which I did. He wanted to know if they could still have our business as he heard we were not pleased. No way we would do business with a dealership that acted with the intent to purposely deceive us. Sorry you lost our trust. More

The most professional dealership I've had the pleasure to visit. The facility and staff were wonderful and the sales process was about as easy and stress free as I've ever experienced and I have bought a few visit. I say with high confidence that Mazda saved my daughter from an otherwise fatal or serious injury because of the car's awesome safety features and construction. Anthony & Marena were wonderful. Marena called me within 5 minutes of me submitting interest in one of their Mazda CX-5's. I never, during any part of the process, felt pressured or hassled. Both and Anthony and Marena were more than willing to work with me, to make sure that I was able to drive home in my new car. Marena assisted me with occupying my toddler to optimize my car buying experience. Anthony was more than knowledgeable about everything that Mazda had to offer. He was patient, kind, and so easy to work with. He let me drive the process, and he just jumped in when needed. I have never felt more comfortable with a care salesman. Throughout getting the numbers all worked out, both Marena and Stephen (Finance Manager) did everything they could to get the number right, while also staying 100% upfront and honest with me the entire time. Buying a care should ALWAYS be this easy, quick, and painless. I don't even think it immediately registered that I bought a car that day, just due to the simple ease of the process.
