Called from Gulf Breeze to verify a particular vehicle was in stock on the premises. Two people we spoke with confirmed it. We scheduled an appointment for an hour later, verified by text from the salesma was in stock on the premises. Two people we spoke with confirmed it. The salesman sent us four texts on our drive over asking questions and confirming we were coming. Upon arrival the salesman greeted us and then told us they had none in stock on the premises to see or test drive. Obviously we were very unhappy we wasted an hour and a half driving over and back for the “bait and switch”.We left immediately. The whole purpose of the call in advance was to confirm they had the vehicle we wanted to see with the interior color. The salesman even confirmed by text on the way what we were coming to see. The sales manager texted later asking that I call him which I did. He wanted to know if they could still have our business as he heard we were not pleased. No way we would do business with a dealership that acted with the intent to purposely deceive us. Sorry you lost our trust. More
