I had my Vehicle Serviced on April 25, 2013. Nathan Wing and Dale were very professional and made our visit pleasant during the brief time we were there waiting for our vehicle to be done. I received a worksheet for my 30,000 mile maintenance requirements with an estimated cost and a worksheet for my 60,000 Mile Recommended Maintenance Due. This was Outstanding. Very Impressive on his part. I will be looking forward to my next visit to accomplish this required maintenance. Nathan was very Professional and an outstanding Maintenance Director making sure the customer is aware of there vehicle maintenance needs and requirements to assure our vehicles are properly maintained. Overall, my experience with Quality Mazda was great! I initially went in to look at a 2012 Mazda 3 back in July. Mark and Rick did a great job with the sale and we got all the way to signing papers before initially went in to look at a 2012 Mazda 3 back in July. I gave the rating I did because I wasn't expecting to get 7000$ for my trade in of a 07 Mazda 3 that needed a transmission... This Dealership (Quality Imports) is simply "Outstanding." We bought a car from them back in 2001 and returned back in 2010 to purchase a new car. Hootie Dukes explained the features and it's capabilities really well. His sales management and History of the vehicle sold this car to us. Quality Imports is one of the finest Dealerships here in Northwest Florida. Richard Auchman, Finance Manager really help us complete our sales. The one point that really impressed us was, learning about the "Extended Warranty Plan" they offer. Due to his efforts and knowledge, we purchased the Extended Warranty to protect our car and save us revenue in the long run. Great Job Hootie and Richard.
