I have to say my experience with the O’Brien mazda dealership has been extremely positive. The service provided is always top notched and respectful of my concerns. The last service attendant went beyond and above to instill my battery was under warranty and replaced it that day. He was someone new as I always used Winston. Gosh, I feel embarrassed that I forgot his name. Thanks for taking care of my car. More
Saved Our Vacation—When our air conditioning stopped working (in July, naturally!) on Sanibel Island, Cassidy at Mazda of Fort Myers scheduled a diagnostic appointment right away. A new compressor was n working (in July, naturally!) on Sanibel Island, Cassidy at Mazda of Fort Myers scheduled a diagnostic appointment right away. A new compressor was needed, and no OEM part was available for our old Mazda2. They found a compatible compressor and got it delivered the next day. Though delivery was delayed - twice - the service tech and service advisor (Cassidy again) both stayed late to see that the parts were installed, the system was charged with coolant, and everything was working properly so we could drive back home - 6-1/2 hours away - the next day. We sincerely appreciate their dedication. More
