Worst car buying experience I’ve had. New car had scratches and hidden buffer marks. Felt loan was rushed and was lied too about total loan. Deceptive. Told them I didn’t want a 75 mo loan and they said ok and we will get you in the car don’t worry. Rushed through the signing just trying to get them to stop with pushing me into the extra warranties and totally missed the term of the loan and it was 75 months. I told the sales guy and the GM no to 75 months and they said don’t worry we will get you into the car. Foolish me but they deliberately make you sit and wait and sit and wait to the point of madness so you just rush through signing on the very deceptive docusign table and you don’t actually get to look over the papers. Partly my fault for being trusting but will never buy again from there and will make sure everyone I know avoids this dealership as well. They saw a woman by herself and hopped on the scam train and ran me over. I told them what I could afford and I never did get the final cost of the car until later after I signed and it’s way more than the car is worth. They said they put me through Mazda Financial and I’m through 5/3 bank but I told them I could get a better rate through USAA and they didn’t want to listen because they didn’t want to deal with the back I wanted. Lied and said they could get me a better rate through Mazda but didn’t even go through them. Sick people! If you want to be violated go there. I’m sick to my stomach every time I look at this car because I let myself get scammed worse than I could have at a buy here pay here! More

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. This dealership group has a reputation for charging (pure profit) fees and and always changing numbers. I drove a couple of hours up to Mazda of Clearwater. They were not only willing to help me with a lease buyout, but made me a wonderful deal on a brand new 2024 Mazda CX-5. And guess what? It didn't have the $2,000.00 "Fort Myers Advantage" scam attached to it. Mazda of Clearwater showed me that there are still honest dealerships out there that take care of their customers. It's a drive, but it saved me thousands of dollars. More
Called ahead of time and drove an hour to answer an ad for a lease on a new Mazda 30. When I got there they told me they just sold the last one 30 minutes ago. Turns out after the waiting game they could put me in an upgraded model for double the monthly payment. Classic bait and switch. I wouldn’t waste my time with these people and would encourage others not to bother. Carmax is right next door. More

My salesman, Rusty Phyles was so professional and listened to our desires and needs. We found the right CX90, their new large SUV. When negotiating the purchase Rodrigo Guerra, the sales manager, worked to accommodate our needs. Both Rusty and Rodrigo were outstanding. They did not try to be overbearing but assisted us in our purchase. The financial manager was pleasant to work with. I have seen abused customers by this department. This was professional and provided options that we wanted and incorporated into our purchase. Thank you Rusty and Rodrigo. You to are phenomenal. I will recommend my friends to you two. We love the CX90. This second SUV in a year and a half. More
Not trustworthy. I located a car I was interested in online and contacted the dealership. I asked for an OTD cash price including all fees. I drove 2.5 hours to purchase the car. Another manager, Rodrigo, refused to honor the price. I was told the quote was wrong because it did not contain their advantage and recon fee, which added $4k to the car! I specifically asked for ALL FEES to be included. In order to get that price, I had to jump through hoops of financing instead of cash and they wanted me to buy the warranty. Totally unethical! The only saving grace and the reason I gave them any stars at all was the salesman Connor. He was a pleasure to work with and went to bat for us. If you go to this dealership, be aware of the pricing scams, and definitely work with Connor. More

This dealership uses deceptive quoting practices. We worked through email to secure a full quote on a new Mazda CX-30. But when we arrived to buy the car, Rodrigo added over $1,200 to the price cla We worked through email to secure a full quote on a new Mazda CX-30. But when we arrived to buy the car, Rodrigo added over $1,200 to the price claiming that the quoted price was only available if we financed the full price of the car. We wanted to pay in full. Nowhere on the quote did it indicate there would be an upcharge. And nowhere did the quote indicate financing terms or interest rates. There were no special Mazda rates discussed or offered. They didn't even offering Mazda financing. Instead it was through another bank and the interest rates were very high. They simply did not honor their quote. They also tried to take away the $500 Mazda Loyalty rebate, even though it was listed separately in the quote, saying it was already included in another line called Discounts. Luckily we had a prior email to refute that. Their fees are also very high. In addition to a large Doc fee they add in two more large dealer fees. More
