On the 16th my husband and I returned a lease of a Mazda CX-30 and picked up a CX-50, it was a pretty good experience you have your normal haggling you do to try and get the price you want. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and basic maintenance. I had just gotten back from a trip to the Midwest and the car was very dirty on the outside and I asked Winston if I could have a car wa maintenance. I always bring my car for service here, but my recent service kinda disappointing, nothing major but my dashboard reminder alert was not reset, so it keeps popping up as service due. If a monthly payment is agreed upon once, then adding any additional financial fees (however important) afterwards feels very much like a “bait and switch” tactic. It feels disingenuous, like getting the rug pulled out from under the feet. Regardless, the staff at this location were all polite and professional and were happy to answer all our questions. The manager was also attentive and made sure we were able to stay close to the budget we initially agreed upon. More

Worst car buying experience I’ve had. New car had scratches and hidden buffer marks. Felt loan was rushed and was lied too about total loan.
