First, I want to start off by saying how extremely disappointed I am in Fort Myers Mazda to the point I will NEVER shop there or refer anybody. I have either purchased, leased or referred about 6-7 ca disappointed I am in Fort Myers Mazda to the point I will NEVER shop there or refer anybody. I have either purchased, leased or referred about 6-7 cars from the dealership and I have never had an experience like with this last one. I am very busy in my professional career and do not have time to sit and wait to make a deal and Fort Myers Mazda has always been very accommodating and I have always trusted they would give me a good deal and car in perfect condition until this last purchase. What I thought was a good deal turned out to be a nightmare for me in the end. Upon going to pick up my 2024 BMW X3 from the dealership we agreed payment terms 72 months 535 a month with 9500 dollars down. Not only spending 5 hours at the dealership which I stressed I didn’t want to do nor have the time to do when I went to sign the papers, I noticed the terms were indeed 535 a month but payment terms were changed to 84 months not only is this untrustworthy but its deceitful. I was appalled. After asking to speak to a manager he sincerely apologized and said he was going to speak to the people that did that and coach them into making better decisions and teaching them they cant do that. He offered me a couple oil changes and a gift card which I NEVER even received and still waiting for it. I wanted to walk away but knowing I already returned my rental car before heading down because I TRUSTED Fort Myers Mazda I had to take it. Papers are signed and ready to see the car. Again, after going in the car and looking around the wheel bumper was coming off looked like they tried to glue it back together, scratches all over the car, NO GAS, the windshield wipers didn’t work nor was there any fluid and the car was FILTHY. I was again promised to bring it back a few days later and they will take care of it. As much as I wanted to back out and I should have (ANYBODY IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD HAVE) I didn’t have many options at the time. Again, I still have not received the gift card promised to me. My days at Fort Myers Mazda are over not only can I not trust a deal they made with me but I can no longer trust the condition of a car they are selling. AWFUL customer service, AWFUL cleaning conditions and AWFUL empty promises. This store should be appalled at the way they do business. If I do not at least receive my gift card that was promised I have no problem at all reporting this to BBB. More

The BEST Experience I have ever had buying a car! My advisor Geraldina Mendoza was so very knowledgeable about the Mazda CX30.
