This is the fifth time I have completed this survey. Something is wrong with system. My salesman was Salvi Uddin. He did a great job and deserves a 10. Something is wrong with system. My salesman was Salvi Uddin. He did a great job and deserves a 10. More

Horrible, wicked, swindlers, dishonesty, are all words to describe this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from O’Brian Mazda of Ft. Myers, Fl on 7/6/2025. The vehicle turned out to be a lemon. The following describe this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from O’Brian Mazda of Ft. Myers, Fl on 7/6/2025. The vehicle turned out to be a lemon. The following defects are issues I encountered. vibrating hood indicates a faulty hood that has the potential to become detached and open when driving at a high speed (should this happen not only is my life endangered, but other people as well, steering problem and a loud ratting sound coming from the exhaust system. The vehicle pulling to the right or left when driving straight (repaired), the inside overhead light stopped working, rear air conditioner did not work (repaired), rear door handle on the driver side coming loose, driver window malfunctioning, front passenger seat malfunctioning (would not go move forward once it was pulled back), tire light blinks & sometimes stays on indicating low tire pressure when the tires are at the appropriate air level, and a whining sound when starting the vehicle as well as difficulty when shifting the brakes. While some of these concerns are bothersome, I understand that when buying a used vehicle, they might happen and generally are expected to be corrected by the buyer once discovered. However, the things that are dangerous should have been disclosed because of the hazards they impose on the driver as well as the public. This vehicle is a lemon and potentially dangerous. the vehicle was listed as $22,900. This price is not listed anywhere on the contract. It appears they charged me $30,000 instead. The $7000 I put down had no impact on the purchase. My suggestions for this dealership are detailed below. A) Get rid of current sales representatives and management team including Mr. Arber. B) Employ a team of employees that practice integrity as well as consideration for customers. C) Shut this dealership down as it sells vehicles that are not safe to drive, even one defective vehicle is too many. While some may say they had a good experience with O’Brian Mazda of Ft Myers, my experience was not satisfying. It was totally opposite, It was not satisfying because the dealership put me in a potentially dangerous situation by selling me a vehicle that is unsafe to drive. When alerted to this fact (in less than a week of purchase) the dealership refused to accept any responsibility for the sale of this unsafe vehicle. It’s important to mention that it is unethical and morally wrong to put others in dangerous situations without any remorse or concern. Who in their right state of mind does something like this? It is an organization that is greedy and has little concern for the safety or satisfaction of customers. Why, I ask is this allowed to happen in FL? Something needs to change about this type of business. Anyone affected negatively by this dealership needs to contact the Federal Trade Commission with their concerns.
