This visit was such a pleasant surprise. The young man who greeted me and took my keys was friendly, polite and very service oriented. The young lady at reception, Saysha, went above and beyond my expectations. She offered to get a car so that I could go have breakfast instead of waiting another hour for my car's repairs. She coordinated a ride to and from a breakfast place and did it all with great communications skills, attention to detail and friendly professionalism. Overall it was the best visit I have had to the dealership in almost 3 years. More
