Worst dealership experience I've ever had!!! The communication at this dealership is a JOKE!! The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing, totally incompetent and unhelpful staff! I have never been to a dealership that doesn't wash/vacuum or fill your gas tank when you buy a new car, nor have I ever had a dealership not order my new license plate and then when I call about it they tell me I should just drive around with the expired temporary tabs...WHAT???????? I would not recommend buying a car here to my worst enemy let alone a friend or family member! More

Not only did we get the car we wanted at the terms we were promised, we received professional, knowledgeable, no pressure, and fast service. It was a great experience that we will never forget. Joe was great in describing the different cars and had great product knowledge knowing all the different trims and comparisons to prior years. Felt very comfortable and they were very friendly. I had lots of internet research to help anchor my price expectations and Joe was super accommodating in putting together a deal that worked for me across price, terms, etc. Would recommend and buy here again, I'm planning to get a CX-5 with these guys within the next year! I originally selected this dealer because I was buying through the Costco auto program and knew I wanted a Mazda. I worked with the sales manager, Joe Garcia, and it was one of the best and stress free car purchases I have ever made. He was fair, knowledgeable, and introduced me to the people in the service and parts department. The process was quick, from start to finish, and everyone there seemed to work well together. The dealership is immaculate and has a great customer waiting area. I have been back twice to purchase accessories and have them installed on the car and both times received excellent service. When you purchase a car from them you get free car washes for life. I have been there once for a wash and could not believe the quality of the wash and they even vacuum the interior. I barely had time to ask the parts person about something and the car was ready. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle. More

On one occasion I sat and listened to an adviser complain about the amount of call in 's and the lack of staff, telling another adviser if they were not going to book any more appointments that day because of it. On another occasion I was told there was no way they could fix my music/WiFi conection, another dealership fixed it in 30 minutes. Finally, I was told 3 different stories of what acceptible oil consumption was before an adviser told me 5 quarts between oil changes was within guidelines..... really 5 quarts and 2 other different guidelines before that. And their loaner cars are filthy, mine smelled musty and had fries and other food reminents on floor and seats, total lack of pride and care for customers. I've moved on. More

As a courtesy, they automatically wash your vehicle and vacuum the interior as well. I stopped in on a late morning on a Friday - my service was complete in just a little over an hour. I was also sent an email notice letting me know that the work was complete. Quality service and a very professional staff. More

I have observed how other customers were served by the the sales team and always with respectful and friendly service. When it was time for a new car I had no hesitation to bringing my wife here. Joe Garcia was as engaging as ever. Kevin back in service was great. I really felt like they know me and were happy to see us. Very knowledgeable about their products and I had done my research and it was evident they had as well. The only concern was the amount of time to get the deal signed and done. Seemed like it took a long time. Joe explained a new key/car management system is on the way to help with a very large inventory. Makes for good selection and a headache to manage! Sorry we missed Jerry. Seems like even when I'm there for services he checks on how it is going. Very involved owner. Thanks Joe! More
