At no point were we forcibly upsold. The approach was incredibly consultative and friendly. I really felt like the whole staff were there to assist and inform my decisions. Their knowledge of the product line and intricacies between models and specs was first-class. I would like to reserve a special mention for Frank Weiss, with whom I have come to know over the past few months and who has only ever served as a trusted advisor and source of knowledge, despite me not being in a position to purchase straight away. He’s a credit to the dealership and to the brand overall. Five stars all around. More

Do not buy a new Mazda!!! Do not buy a Mazda the new CX-5 is not a good car and Mazda of North America does not care about there customers! You spend over 35000 dollars on a car that the stuff you pay for does not work and makes noise that the technician says sorry Mazda says it's normal even though the noise develops after purchase. So if you want a car that costs over 35000 dollars and the advertised features like talking on the phone don't work and will develop a noise they will tell you is normal!!! Then please buy a CX5!!!! More
