Great service experience! I brought my 2015 Mazda3 in for routine scheduled maintenance. Billy Shields greeted me before I exited my car! We chatted while Billy performed a visual inspection of the vehicle, using a cool app to record the data and take photos of the car. Nice. I was all set to spend an hour or so in the waiting area when Billy came back to let me know the car was ready. I was in and out in under an hour. Cool! More
Over-the-top service in maintaining my confidence in Mazda. I just went in for the routine maintenance of my Mazda3 and I also had a few concerns about some other small issues about my care. I was concerned ab I just went in for the routine maintenance of my Mazda3 and I also had a few concerns about some other small issues about my care. I was concerned about a possible misalignment of my car because the steering wheel seems to be a little off kilter-ed although my car drove straight forward without any drifting to the left or right. They check that out for me at no charge. They assured me that everything is fine. However, it was discovered that both my front struts were leaking and that should be repaired right away. I was just 10 days passed the warrantee of having that repaired at no cost to myself. It would have been a huge expense to pay for that repair which would have seriously tainted my confidence in my ownership of my Mazda, having had this car just under 3 years. But, Billy went to bat for me to see if I could get this repair at no cost (honoring a warrantee of 10 days passed) to get me back on the road again and keeping me proud to be a Mazda owner. When I shared this information with my family, they too, are looking forward to the day when they will be getting their next car. My niece bought a Mazda after driving mine last year, and my wife will be getting one herself very soon as she will be passing on her Honda to our daughter. Thank you Mazda for showing your customers that you truly care about customer satisfaction and of taking pride in your product. More

Excellent Service I went to Mazda of Elk Grove after having a horrible experience at another Mazda dealer, after meeting with Billy I had a very different experience, I went to Mazda of Elk Grove after having a horrible experience at another Mazda dealer, after meeting with Billy I had a very different experience, everything was exactly what I expected. Minor fixes and recommendations Dealt with Billy Shields because I prefer to work with the same service tech from time to time. Billy is outstanding. Always doing three things at once but never fails to pay attention to my service needs. Makes excellent recommendations about parts and services. This last trip I was there to fix a pesky headlight, which he did complimentary because I had had them replaced at the dealership recently, but he also handled an oil change and air filter replacement for me right on the spot. We also talked about the car getting older and if I had ever put fuel additive into my tank to help with the engine build up. I had not, and brought up a few recommendations and prices right there on his computer for me to see. Billy is an excellent tech who gives supreme service and is the main reason I keep coming back to EG Mazda. Thanks! More

I needed a Oil chang I was greeted by Billy Shields from the Elk Grove Mazda - Service Department. It was my second maintenance service on my new car. I needed a Oil change and rotate my tires. Billy immediately recognized me. Since I had a pre-paid maintenance contract he contacted the pre-paid company for approval which was very quick. Within less than an hour, my car was done. My current service representative, Billy Shields, has been my favorite! He has been genuinely helpful, friendly, and has gone above and beyond his duty to meet my needs. My car has run smoothly this whole time. My husband & I travel often, & at the last minute, I've realized that I should make sure the car is reliable for a long drive...when I've called Billy, he has made room for me in his already busy schedule!
