With an upbeat persona, Mr. Billy Shields greets customers with unwavering professionalism while multi-tasking duties. On each visit, the service team offers a loaner car or the option to wait in-house with clean restroom facilities, comfortable chairs, and freebies (i.e. coffee, soda pop, snacks, water, WiFi). Mrs. Annielyn Manongdo is particularly diligent to ensure the coffee station and snacks are replenished as well as super efficient and friendly. Billy Shields was the service consultant that I see or made appointments with when I need my car maintained. He always treated me like a VIP. Last week I had an emergency with a nail in one of my tires. The normal tire shops were still closed and I need to have this fixed or replaced as soon as possible. I knew the Mazda dealership was open but I didn’t have an appointment. I stopped by and told Billy of my issue and he fit me into the schedule. His kindness, professionalism and service was excellent. More

After knowing the status of my vehicle the next day and knew of the repairs we went back the next day were met with the cashier, who in turn gave our paperwork to the Service Mgr. EJ Delano and he was awesome! He went above and beyond what was expected and helped us out completely. Staff truly showed their care for their customers! Service above and beyond I have been going to Elk Grove Mazda for almost 2 years for service of my previous Mazda. I took my new car in for its first service appt last month. I have been going to Elk Grove Mazda for almost 2 years for service of my previous Mazda. I took my new car in for its first service appt last month. I called and got in quickly. EJ and Billy were friendly, efficient, communicated info well, and took excellent care of my car as well as it was clean when I picked it up. I can't remember the last time I received service at a dealership where they seem to truly care about their customers. I live in Lincoln CA but drive all the way to Elk Grove (at least 45 minutes) due to their excellent service and care of their customers, always going above and beyond!. More
