(manager) put my car on a lift and had a service tech look, I showed them the area I saw it hanging, it had since fallen off. This was the plastic cover Without arguing, they immediately replaced with another plastic cover. Things like this will keep me buying cars at your dealership. Although I have not worked with the other employees directly, they have always been very friendly, making everyone feel welcome. Overall, the service experience at Elk Grove is vastly superior to what I received when getting my Mazda serviced in the bay area. They are leaps and bounds better than when I have to get my FCA and Ford vehicles serviced.
