Rattle/cherping noise in the back of my CX5. I brought my car in to try to locate noise in the back of car that was driving me crazy. EJ (service manager) took a ride with me to see if he could h I brought my car in to try to locate noise in the back of car that was driving me crazy. EJ (service manager) took a ride with me to see if he could hear the noise. He couldn’t hear it as we drove. He set me up with a loaner car and kept my car so he could drive it later in the day and on a more bumpy road. Later that afternoon, he called to tell me he found the noise (a loose bolt, I believe). EJ treated me like a VIP and fixed the problem. Very happy customer! More
