Won't take my car anywhere else! Brought my car in due to my brakes were making a hissing sound. I was greeted promptly by Kyle. The customer service I received from Chris was top of the line and made sure that I was well taken cared of by getting loaner and had me on my way in no time. He made sure to keep me up-to-date with my car, provided options on what needed to be done and addressed all of my questions and concerns. As for the cost, I ended up paying less than what I thought it was going to cost. All the employees in the Service Department at Mazda of Elk Grove are so friendly and courteous.
