Im going to miss this dealer if I switch brands I have been coming here for years and they have always gone the extra mile for me. While I am on my 4th Mazda im not sure if I will be brand loyal anymore as I have had more issues with my current car than any of the previous and its a late 2017 model. Always friendly and professional I've been bringing my Mazda leases to the service center for 5 years now, and Billy has been my point man each and every time. He recognizes me as soo I've been bringing my Mazda leases to the service center for 5 years now, and Billy has been my point man each and every time. He recognizes me as soon as I pull up. He opens the door for me and greets me right away. He always asks how I'm doing and even remembers little details that we discussed the last time. He works quickly and gets my car registered right away. He's always preemptive about handling any issues. And he's very good at explaining any issues with my car in a way that is entirely easy to understand. I'm always impressed with his positive attitude and integrity in the job. I definitely recommend Mazda, but I especially recommend Billy as your point of service for any car service work. More
