Great service The Elk Grove Mazda staff was great. I was able to bring my car in the same day the problem started. I don’t know what was wrong with it as it was ok when I went into the doctor office. But when I started it up it sounded extremely loud. When I got there Kyle came out to help me. He was enjoying the how loud the car was (a guy thing). He then told my Cat was stolen from my car. I was given a loner car to drive while my car was being fixed and the insurance company’s payment was sent. The staff has always been great and helpful when I have brought my car in for service. Very good service I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, and asked about a possible bent rim. They got me in and out quickly and I was very happy wi I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, and asked about a possible bent rim. They got me in and out quickly and I was very happy with the service. All of my questions were answered. There were actually two bent rims and I was given an estimate for replacement. That’s the only reason I didn’t give five stars. The estimate was not only very high but it had an error so it was for three rims instead of two. I thought $1000 for two rims was kind of shocking. Anyway, I’ll be back again. But not for the rims. More
