Always caring, always appreciated. A couple of weeks after I had some repairs performed, an unrelated sensor failed and I had to have my car towed back in for service. Billy and his manager looked at the issue and took care of it for me as it was close to the warranty period (had expired by a few k miles) and I was just in for service earlier that month. Their effort to go the extra mile to take care of me is a huge reason I continue to have my car serviced here instead of locally where I live. It’s always been a pleasant experience with this shop and I can absolutely recommend it! May God continue to bless this location and their customers 😊 More

Great service The Elk Grove Mazda staff was great. I was able to bring my car in the same day the problem started. I don’t know what was wrong with it as it was ok when I went into the doctor office. But when I started it up it sounded extremely loud. When I got there Kyle came out to help me. He was enjoying the how loud the car was (a guy thing). He then told my Cat was stolen from my car. I was given a loner car to drive while my car was being fixed and the insurance company’s payment was sent. The staff has always been great and helpful when I have brought my car in for service.
