I have gotten no call or email from Mazda of Elk Grove. So “tried to contact you “ is laughable. The service department is rough on my CX5. I have a small scratch on the hood that wasn’t there before the service also. I hand wash and wax my CX5 and I know it well. So along with the water spots I have a scratch too.
