Great purchasing experience, but not so much for servicing My purchasing experience was one of the few positive ones. Gerlie was very helpful and wasn't pushy at all. My first servicing experience was about four months later for a couple recalls. The service manager did not communicate the availability of the recalls I specifically scheduled for and I did not realize the recall that I scheduled for was not done until after I left. To be fair, the service manager is new and does not seem to have proper training or knowledge. I was not happy that I had to go back to get clarification and nothing was communicated to me until I asked. More
