Excellent Service by People Who Care, Thanks Lance! I like my 2006 Mazda 6, keep it maintained, but had the check engine light come on. The engine had an air leak and needed repairs due to age. Becaus I like my 2006 Mazda 6, keep it maintained, but had the check engine light come on. The engine had an air leak and needed repairs due to age. Because I could damage the catalytic converter if I continued to drive my car, Lance and team recommended I leave it. Only, it was late Wednesday and I was not from Elk Grove. Lance did everything he could to help me - He rushed the parts for a repair on Friday, helped arrange a Loaner car that day even though it was 5pm.. Then remained in contact through the days on the status of the repairs, including letting me know that the car was done on Friday, but that they would like to keep it until Saturday morning to make sure with the new parts that seals were good. With Employees like Lance, Mazda of Elk Grove deserves the superb rating it has. Thank you. More

They are always kind and always explain everything they are doing and provide an estimate I’ve used this dealership for service from mile 0 to 60,000. They have a courtesy shuttle, and even provide complimentary rental car if the service will take a long time. They keep in touch with new findings and to let you know the car is done. Some workers have been there since I started going there, and it is nice to see familiar faces. I’ve never had a complaint after they’ve serviced the car. More

The repair was flawless and the car looks like new again. Billy made sure everything went smoothly and took the time needed for a quality job. Everyone at Mazda Elk Grove will treat you with courtesy and respect and handle your request with a smile. We will be back to purchase a car for my daughter and possibly my son. More

Chris was extremely helpful in getting me an appointment to bring my car in to get warranty work done the same day that I called. Chris “jumped through hoops” to get the warranty company to do their work at their dealership and got me a loaner car with no hassle. His communication with me was excellent and I always felt like he was looking out for my best interest. I would definitely utilize Mazda Elk Grove to service my Mazda again or purchase a new one there! All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. More

We have a CX-5 that will be ending it’s lease in April and we’re interested in this vehicle but based on the un friendly answer we got from this sales person we may have to go somewhere else for our next Mazda if we lease one. My first servicing experience was about four months later for a couple recalls. The service manager did not communicate the availability of the recalls I specifically scheduled for and I did not realize the recall that I scheduled for was not done until after I left. To be fair, the service manager is new and does not seem to have proper training or knowledge. I was not happy that I had to go back to get clarification and nothing was communicated to me until I asked. More
