Danielle, Since the purchase of your vehicle, we have only seen it for a total of 3 days back in July. During those visits, we were not able to duplicate the concern and attempt a repair. As mentioned when we spoke a few days ago, we are here and ready to assist if we can replicate the issue but most importantly, we cannot do anything for you if you refuse to bring your vehicle in.
