Besides his knowledge his professional demeanor made the experience stress free. He answered all my questions and provided me important facts about details I hadn’t considered. Thrilled with our new car! Matt knew every minute detail about the car and was able to communicate the real value of the car. Matt spent the extra time after finance to introduce us to each feature of the car. He was available after hours via text to help solidify some of the details and make sure we had all of our ducks in a row. He really went out of his way to make sure we were happy. We highly recommend Matt and this dealership and the CX-5 in general to anyone looking for a car. One small item that was a pain point. We did not know what the interest rate on the loan was until we spoke with the financier at the dealership. My previous auto loan through a credit union was 2.64% and we received 3.99% even though my credit was higher than before. I felt like it was too late in the game to finance it through someone other than a dealer. More

He knew everything about the car top to bottom, and did everything he could to get us the best deal. If it wasn't for Matt, we might not have got the Mazda and bought else where. After driving the Mazda, we went and looked around at different dealers and test drove different cars, but we knew our decision from the beginning.
