I thought the “Service Departments “ would work better as a team but until I went to the Jeep dealership to see what the problem was did this matter get resolved. The Jeep Service was not as bad to deal with as what I was lead to believe. We had purchased 2 Toyota Camrys from the Machens previous and did not have any problems. Gary Willis (retired) was our salesman and followed up periodically to see if all was okay with the car and with us. That said I understand the the salesman we worked with at the Mazda Mitsubishi is no longer with that dealership - Richard Rush. Overall this has been my worst experience with a mazda dealership for services. I would never refer anyone to them for maintenance services. This was my first time going to this location and my last.
