The service manager said that I damaged the display screen. All I did was touch it, While inspecting it, they touched it and caused more damage. Machens Mazda has always been where I take my car. The service staff are friendly and keep me informed of the service progress. Service was ok although I never received a courtesy vehicle seeing as my car was at the shop 5 days. Very nice company. I bought a 2017 Outlander from them brand new, the staff was wonderful. I have my oil change there and any other stuff that needs done. They are there for you, help in anyway. After receiving a recall notice I was able to get the vehicle if for service at a time and date that was convenient. The staff was exceptionally polite and efficient. The staff I talked with were friendly and courteous enough, gave regular updates on progress. Technician who actually completed my service (two new tires) didn't even bother to put the spare tire ba enough, gave regular updates on progress. Really enjoyed getting the spare tire out of my truck, positioning it under the bed, and lifting it back into place by myself. I guess they figured it would be easy enough for me to do since I did the reverse just a few days ago when my tire went flat? More
