Jessica in customer service, is fabulous! The technician did a wonderful job as well. I had to have my entire bottom seat replaced because the heater went out. I can buy a car at any dealership. I know when I go in how much I will be paying. It's the folks in the back that brings me back to a certain dealership. However when I called, Jessica was so nice and what I needed done was actually cheaper throug I originally had an appointment with another auto shop. However when I called, Jessica was so nice and what I needed done was actually cheaper through Mazda Mitsubishi. So I took my vehicle to Mazda Mitsubishi. They were so friendly and helpful. Thanks to the amazing mechanic unfortunately I can't remember his name. He was great and explained everything to me I needed to know. My vehicle was fixed in no time.
