There were no instructions on their new drop off/pick up process. I found out the now close at 5pm about an hour before closing. The price for an oil change is way too much….it used to be $55…the courtesy process. I found out the now close at 5pm about an hour before closing. My car had no problems when I drove it to the hospital at 7:00 AM for a procedure. When I left the hospital over 5 hours later, initially my car was driving fine. All of a sudden my engine lights came on a 7:00 AM for a procedure. When I left the hospital over 5 hours later, initially my car was driving fine. All of a sudden my engine lights came on and my car was making a weird noise. I stopped the car and could not see anything. I drove immediately to the car dealership. They were able to get me right in and do a diagnostic test. Apparently some coil went out. Thankfully they had ALL the parts in stock!!! And quickly had me on my way back home to rest, which were the doctor's orders!! Thank you for the quick fix!! More
