Surprisingly good experience I always expect the worst when it comes time to go to a dealership to trade vehicles. I had even traded years before at this same dealership and this time the experience was much better. Derek Estes was friendly and extremely helpful but not at all pushy. About a month after the purchase, Derek called me to see how I was doing with the new car. I was surprised to hear from him since the deal had been completed for several weeks. I will recommend this dealership to others. :) More

We do not have good credit and we were upside down on our lease and Rob Chen explained what he could get done for us and did not make us fell bad for the situation we were in. Rob Chen and Joshua Howard both made us feel better and not be ashamed of our situation. We left with a brand new vehicle that met the needs we have and will be a vehicle that will help us rebuild our bad credit. More

They refused to fix it. I have 3 children & the weather is very hot. They did not care!!!! Now I gotta come out of pocket & pay for it myself!! VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!! More
Found me a car I didn't know I wanted!! I inquired about a particular vehicle online and received an email from Robert Mason. I then made an appointment to meet with him only to find out it was already gone. I was not happy about that but decided to see what else he could show me. I did not like any of the other cars he showed me and left with no intention of returning. The following morning I received a text from him saying that he found my car and he even brought it to me! Needless to say I liked what I saw and drove it back to the dealership with him. After checking on a couple of things for me and fixing it right then I knew I had to have that car. It turned out to be a long day but I am quite happy with my purchase. Robert kept me informed about how things were progressing and I got to try out the new furniture in the lounge first! So thanks Robert Mason for everything you did for me and for being an upstanding person and the best car salesman in Columbia. More
“Musso” the Fiat 500c Last Saturday, I spotted the Fiat 500c of my dreams—green with a tan top and ivory interior. Since I live a good one hundred miles away from the deal Last Saturday, I spotted the Fiat 500c of my dreams—green with a tan top and ivory interior. Since I live a good one hundred miles away from the dealership, I called to inquire before making a special trip to see it, and I was transferred over to Jeff Fletcher. After locating the vehicle I was interested in and verifying that it was still available (it almost wasn’t!), Mr. Fletcher went above and beyond to make it mine. As Jeff was helping me, it was like talking to an old friend rather than a salesman. I felt I could ask him anything about the car without worrying that I was wasting his time. The same can be said of working with his sales manager, Al Morgan, and business manager, Russ Partridge. I could ask them anything, and they were very eager to help while giving me the best possible service. The wonderful trio worked with my numbers and trade-in request, and by Wednesday, the little green Fiat—now named “Musso”—was parked outside my door. From finding a vehicle to signing the paperwork, I had a fantastic experience with this dealership. Everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They sold me a great car in top-notch condition, and they are going to find my previous car (a Beetle) a nice retirement spot. So if you’re in the market for a red Beetle convertible named “Otto,” you know where to go! Thank you again, Jeff, Al and Russ! More

She helps us find the best solution, considering both short term and long term needs. Michelle is friendly, and listens carefully to our needs. Based solely on our most recent experience, if it wasn’t for Michelle, we would service our car elsewhere. We had to take a loaner vehicle on a trip that was planned prior to our vehicle’s mechanical issue. The loaner vehicle had a mechanical issue, which to some of the folks in the communication loop became our problem to solve. However, Michelle quickly referred us to the loaner vehicle’s Road Side Assistance, who picked up the car within an hour. She was quick to turn to solution based thinking, which helped get us back to our Spring Break plans quicker than expected. Once again, Michelle turned a situation that had potential for a considerable amount of frustration into no big deal. More
