We had a 10 AM appointment for an oil change. We returned 2 1/2 hours later and the car had not been touched. The woman who took our car in could not be found. Finally a service man helped us. He was very so 2 1/2 hours later and the car had not been touched. The woman who took our car in could not be found. Finally a service man helped us. He was very sorry for the poor service and complete the service for no charge. We usually get good service from Machens, but this time it was awfull. More

Coordination with Machens AutoGroup Service Questionable Purchased 2015 Jeep Trailhawk that needed some correction that were noted at time of purchase. Extended warranty agreement was purchased in an effort Purchased 2015 Jeep Trailhawk that needed some correction that were noted at time of purchase. Extended warranty agreement was purchased in an effort to minimize costs to ourselves or dealerships. I thought the “Service Departments “ would work better as a team but until I went to the Jeep dealership to see what the problem was did this matter get resolved. The Jeep Service was not as bad to deal with as what I was lead to believe. We had purchased 2 Toyota Camrys from the Machens previous and did not have any problems. Gary Willis (retired) was our salesman and followed up periodically to see if all was okay with the car and with us. That said I understand the the salesman we worked with at the Mazda Mitsubishi is no longer with that dealership - Richard Rush. Hope this helps Respectfully Charles Happel Probably will not consider the Mazda Mitsubishi for future purchase or service - recommendations for service will not be given . More
