The staff I talked with were friendly and courteous enough, gave regular updates on progress. Technician who actually completed my service (two new tires) didn't even bother to put the spare tire ba enough, gave regular updates on progress. Really enjoyed getting the spare tire out of my truck, positioning it under the bed, and lifting it back into place by myself. It's ok dealership but the salesman didn't really do things I felt he should have done and I felt like I was aggravating or annoying him because I was asking questions I felt I should be asking.
