Set an appointment for 2pm. Was told when I made the appt it would be 35-40 min. So I figured on an hour. Was over 2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. Cost over $92. Bought my truck here. Thought I'd get my 2nd there. Pulled up to where service was last time I was there. Went inside. Nobody there. Drove around to service door. Talked to Corey only to find out the other bay where I was had been rented out to a 3rd party for detailing vehicles. Not much clarity or instructions how to navigate for service like before. Probably wouldn't go back but Corey did give me a coupon for a free oil change. Guess I'll try it again. The 2 service desks set up in waiting area. Quite strange. Also never got an update on my service until after 2 hrs when I asked about my truck. More
Unimpressed, first I get every service with you guys, then suddenly my breaks are wearing grooves in my rotors. Cots me over $400 to have this done. You do an inspection when I get a synthetic service, these pads should have been caught before they got that low. i would have been fine paying for just the break job, I don’t feel like I should have been charged for the rotors since you guys should have caught that before it got to that point. Also it came out of this $400 plus job with a low pressure light on that I had to come back to have taken care of. Finally your service person (the one that takes the job and payment) didn’t seem comfortable explaining things to me. When I asked why the breaks weren’t caught she told me she didn’t know why it wasn’t caught and never gave me a straight answer, just kept asking for payment. If this is what I can expect from your service department I will find a better place from now on. Your service department used to be the best in town before you changed personnel! More
