My expectations for a Machens dealership never fail me. However time and time again you have. The last time I had my vehicle serviced I was over charged $40-$60. I was told I would have my refund processed However time and time again you have. The last time I had my vehicle serviced I was over charged $40-$60. I was told I would have my refund processed the next day. As an apology I received two free oil change vouchers and never received my refund. When I brought my car in to get serviced 9/24 for an oil change with my voucher, I was questioned as to when I got the voucher and who gave it to me. This was to be expected as the authorization just said “Joe”. I was asked what Joe, to that I had no idea. I got my oil changed in a very timely manner, almost too timely. I picked up my car and returned home. Left that night and came back home for the evening. The next morning I left for a road trip to KC. I received a call from my father saying where I parked at his house had a large oil mark and I should get my car checked out immediately. I took my car to WALMART, where they confirmed my car was dripping oil. They told me to go to BIG O TIRE for assistance. I do as recommended and they inspected my vehicle accordingly. They found that the oil plug was not tightened at all and just screwed off with not even one full turn. Lord knows how much oil I lost in the less than 24 hours I had my car serviced. I would say accidents happen however for being a certified MAZDA DEALERSHIP, and local business, I expected a lot more. There is a reason no one in my family shops at or services their vehicles any of your dealerships. In the future I will be taking my car somewhere else for all future servicing. I am very frustrated and upset. More
Sales rep was great. Dealer guarantee on used as is car only covers 50% mechanical work. Turns out car i bought needs a transmission. Put me out more money than cars worth and got told im basically out of only covers 50% mechanical work. Turns out car i bought needs a transmission.
