My biggest concern is with the quality of work done on my vehicle recently. I expect nothing but top quality work from a dealership changing my oil. This experience was less than top quality. I should be able to TRUST that I will get my vehicle back in the same condition if not BETTER condition than before I took it in for work. You completely missed the whole reason for my review.
